From my childhood I was interested in martial arts, and how to use the body in the most effective ways in my daily life. Explosivity, flexibility, mobility and strength were part of my practice as much as practicing meditation and visualization. From my twenties I was more into how to heal with energy and massages, and learned more about breathing and deepened my meditation practice and this is how I discovered yoga.
Later I was looking for some other type of movement and I started to do functional training and kettlebell for several years.
Nowadays I’m more about yoga and research/explore how my body works more efficiently.
My goal is to simplify and not to mystify.
I studied at Medical Massage School in Hungary (2years), One Brain Concept (kinesiology) till 7th level, Prana Nadi (Tibetan style energy healing), Magna Method (energy work), Spiritual Human Yoga (also called Universal Energy healing). I participated in Chiropractic and Special Massage workshops, Art of Living Teacher Training course and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (by Yoga Alliance).
